At My Bud Vase®, we want every piece that arrives at your door to feel like art, magic and a little bit of self-care. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help — within the guidelines below.
Returns
Unused Items Only (15 Days)
We happily accept returns on unused products within 15 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Completely unused
- In the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We’re unable to accept returns on any item that shows use — thank you for understanding.
If Your Product Arrives Broken or Missing...
We take packaging seriously — more than 99.7% of our vases arrive perfectly.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
For returns valued at $75+, please use tracking or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.
You’ll receive an email letting you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Timing varies by bank and card issuer.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Only in very limited situations, a partial refund may be granted — such as:
- Items not in original condition
- Missing parts or damage not caused by My Bud Vase®
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Defective or Damaged Items Only
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Because many of our vases are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be possible — but we’ll always offer the closest available alternative.

Gifts
If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive your return.
If the item was purchased and delivered to the gift-giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
All shipping labels are generated directly from the information entered at checkout. Because of this, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their shipping address is accurate.
- To avoid delays or lost packages, please review your order confirmation immediately after placing your order.
- If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can attempt to correct it before your order ships.
If a package is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer entry error and is:
- Returned to us → Customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping to a correct address.
- Not returned → We are unable to refund or replace the order, but we are happy to provide a coupon code on a future purchase.
We’re happy to help when we can, but once a package leaves our facility, we cannot reroute or recall it. Thank you for double-checking your address to ensure a smooth delivery!
